License Agreement (EULA)

This End User License Agreement ("EULA") governs how you may use artwork, animation, and other files ("the Work") delivered by FoxianTech LLC ("FoxianTech") for a paid commission. By accepting delivery of the Work, you agree to this license.

1. Ownership

FoxianTech retains copyright and all intellectual property rights in the Work. Purchasing a commission grants you a license to use the Work as described below — it does not transfer copyright to you unless a full copyright transfer is separately agreed in writing and paid for.

2. Standard license (included with every order)

Unless otherwise agreed, delivered Work is licensed to you for:

• Personal, non-commercial use (profile pictures, personal social media, personal projects).
• Display and promotion of your own brand, provided you are the paying client and the use is not resold or sublicensed to a third party.

3. Commercial license (available on request)

If you intend to use the Work for merchandise, resale, advertising campaigns, or any revenue-generating product, a commercial license must be discussed and agreed — and priced — separately before that use begins.

4. What you may not do

• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense the Work as a standalone product.
• Claim authorship of the artwork itself (crediting FoxianTech as the artist is appreciated but not required for standard personal use).
• Use the Work to train AI models or in any dataset, without separate written permission.
• Use the Work in a way that is defamatory, obscene, or otherwise unlawful.

5. Portfolio rights

FoxianTech retains the right to display commissioned Work in its own portfolio, website, and social media for promotional purposes, unless you request otherwise in writing before delivery.

6. Client-supplied content

If your commission depicts a character, design, or likeness you provided, you retain whatever rights you already held in that underlying character/design — this EULA only covers the new artwork/animation FoxianTech created.

7. Termination

Your license to use the Work may be terminated if you breach this EULA, in which case you must stop using the Work.
