Refund and Returns Policy

Digital Products

At Foxian Tech, we specialize in digital artwork and custom design services. Due to the nature of digital content, all sales of Digital Downloads (including wallpapers, icons, and pre-made assets) are final and non-refundable once the file has been downloaded or accessed.

Custom Commissions

  • Cancellations: If you wish to cancel a custom commission, you must do so before the sketching phase begins to receive a full refund.
  • Partial Refunds: Once work has commenced (sketching or drafting), only a partial refund may be issued to cover the labor hours already spent on the project.
  • Final Delivery: Once a custom commission is completed and the final high-resolution files are delivered, no refunds will be issued.

Exceptions

We want you to be happy with your art. If there is a technical issue with your file (e.g., the file is corrupted or the wrong resolution), please contact us at contact@foxian.tech within 7 days of purchase. We will provide a replacement file or, if the issue cannot be resolved, a full refund.

Refund Process

If a refund is approved:

  • We will notify you via email.
  • A credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account or contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at contact@foxian.tech.
